The hotel is located in a lovely area that is easily accessible. the room is spacious and clean, with a fantastic bathroom. the staff is professional, and the spa services are impressive.
The breakfast buffet was not very satisfactory and could be improved.

I had a great overnight stay at a comfortable hotel with a nice bedroom and en-suite. The rooftop bar with city views was a fantastic bonus. The concierge, Khaw Zin Lin, were great too make my stay enjoyable by arranging transportation and suggesting great places to visit. The staff were very polite and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here with excellent service. The staff were lovely and provided all amenities. The spacious room was value for money, and the skybar had a great city view. The hotel facilities, including the fitness centre and spa, were great.

My recent city break hotel was superb! the level of service provided by the staff was just excellent. They were very accommodating, helping us with all our needs. the hotel room was very spacious and clean, with all amenities provided. One of the best aspects of our stay was the amazing rooftop bar with a stunning view of the city at night. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants in walking distance.
the air conditioning system in our room took some time to cool down, but once it did, it was very comfortable.

The rooftop bar is definitely the best place to enjoy the view. The cocktails are pretty good and they also offer a variety of snacks. Plus, the spacious room was a big plus and we could easily move around without feeling cramped. The location was also great! We were in the heart of the city and had access to many shops and restaurants.
Our experience was far from perfect. The staff was not very polite and did not seem to care about our concerns.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and always went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. The concierge, in particular, was fantastic, arranging car rides at a reasonable price and suggesting wonderful restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing all the amenities I needed. Plus, I even received a free upgrade to a family room upon arrival! The skybar boasted an amazing view of the city, and the breakfast there was a unique and enjoyable experience. this place offers excellent service and top-notch comfort, making it truly value for money.
